About HypnoBirthing® – The Mongan Method
|HypnoBirthing® – The Mongan Method – is a unique method of relaxed, natural childbirth education, enhanced by self-hypnosis techniques. HypnoBirthing® provides the missing link that allows women to use their natural instincts to bring about a safer, easier, more comfortable birthing. Emphasis is placed on pregnancy and childbirth, as well as on pre-birth parenting and the consciousness of the pre-born baby. As a birthing method, HypnoBirthing® is as new as tomorrow and as old as ancient times.
HypnoBirthing Classes provide complete labour and childbirth preparation for women and their birth companions.
The program is taught as five weekly classes of 2.5 hrs each.

Week Two: Pre-birthing parenting and bonding;Preparing your mind and body
Week Three: Advanced visualization and deepening
Week Four: Overview and Summary of Childbirth

Very important: The HypnoBirthing® program will provide you with all the materials, information, instruction and in-class practice you need to acheive your gentle and comfortable birth. However, home practice of the techniques and exercises taught within the hypnobirthing program is very important to prepare, train and condition your mind and body and increase your confidence in your body and your own abilities.
